Amazon unveils AI wearable devices to recall everything for you

Amazon has made a significant move in the realm of portable artificial intelligence by unveiling two new devices: Bee Frontier and Bee Eclipse, developed by the startup Bee, which was acquired last year. These devices are designed to act as personal assistants that accompany you at all times, remembering relevant information from your conversations and providing tailored shopping suggestions.

Bee Frontier resembles a smartwatch or fitness tracker, and its design has drawn comparisons to a doorbell. In contrast, Bee Eclipse is a slim, lightweight device the size of a credit card that magnetically attaches to the back of your phone. Both products target users looking for a deeper integration of technology into their daily lives, facilitating real-time access to information and recommendations.

## Why it matters The introduction of these devices could revolutionize how we interact with technology and information. With a personal assistant constantly attentive to our needs, we could enhance our productivity and make more informed decisions in our purchases.

## What we know Amazon has confirmed the existence of these devices and their basic functionality, but details such as launch dates and pricing have yet to be disclosed. The company has been working on integrating AI into consumer products, suggesting that these devices could be part of a broader strategy to establish itself in the wearable tech market.

## What is still unclear It is not yet specified how the listening and reminder technology of these devices will function, nor what measures will be implemented to protect user privacy. The ability to listen to conversations raises questions about security and data handling, which are crucial for the acceptance of such technology.
